Position Overview
As a Video Editing Intern at Cimplify.AI, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of video production and editing. This internship is crafted for freshers who are eager to learn and apply their skills in a practical setting. You will work closely with our seasoned marketing team, assisting in the planning, execution, and editing of video content to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and editing of video content for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and the company’s website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with our strategic goals.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Add visual and sound effects, captions, and graphics to enhance video's quality and appeal.
- Support the management and organization of video assets and archives.
- Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring proper formats, resolutions, and standards are met.
- Monitor video analytics to gauge performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including setting up equipment, lighting, and sound.
- Conduct research to identify video content trends and opportunities.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative video ideas and concepts.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of video production and editing concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
